How do I choose the right service?

You choose based on what you need right now — not from a complicated list.
If you want a clean, well-groomed result, choose Classic Cut.
If you want to take care of both your hair and beard in one visit, choose Complete.
If you want the full service and maximum comfort, Signature VIP is the right choice.

Do I need to know what haircut I want?

No. Every service begins with a consultation. Your barber will recommend the right solution based on your hair type, face shape, and what you expect from your haircut.

What is the difference between the barber levels?

Each barber has their own level — Junior, Barber, Senior, Master. A higher level means more experience and a higher price. The service standard remains the same at every level.

How do I book an appointment?

Online through the booking system. You choose the service, the barber, and the time. It takes less than a minute.

How do I change or cancel my appointment?

By phone at +421 910 155 455 or by email at rezervacie@begentleman.sk. Ideally at least 24 hours in advance.

What if I am late?

Call +421 910 155 455. If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Can I pay by card?

Yes, in our barbershop we accept card payments, cash payments, and advance payments through the online booking system.

Is parking available at your barbershop?

Yes, parking is available directly at Sky Park in the paid visitor parking area on Továrenská Street. Navigate
