CAREER GROWTH
FROM BEGINNER TO MASTER – A CLEAR PATH
JUNIOR BARBER
Entry-level position for people with no experience. Full mentoring, guidance through the system, and support in building a clientele.
- No barber course required
- Interest in the craft and personal growth
- Team player
BARBER
Independent barber with proven techniques and their own clientele. Handles complex haircuts, fades, and beard styling. Actively continues to develop their skills.
- 1–3 years of experience
- Completed barber course
- Clientele is not required
SENIOR BARBER
Technically advanced barber who inspires colleagues. Can lead training sessions and helps shape standards. Significantly higher compensation.
- 3+ years of experience
- Ability to mentor
- Established clientele
